COVID-19 Office Protocol

Our team has implemented additional sterilization procedures and protocols. When working with patients, all staff members are wearing surgical masks. Upon entering our office, all patients are required to wear face masks. Please bring your own. If you do not have one, we will be happy to supply one. Our reception area maintains proper social distancing, and all exam rooms receive advanced disinfection between patients. Hand sanitizer stations are positioned throughout the office and we direct our patients to sanitize their hands prior to checking in. In addition to our doctors’ care, our optical department is open and available for your eyewear needs. We are also available for your contact lens re-orders either by phone or at website here.

If you are experiencing symptoms such as fever, cough or sore throat, do not schedule a routine visit at this time. We also ask that you postpone if you have been in direct contact with a COVID-19 patient in the past month, even if you do not have any symptoms.

For purposes of social distancing and safety, we are only allowing the patient being cared for to enter our office. Family members and friends are not allowed to accompany the patient at this time unless the patient is a minor or requires medical assistance.

COVID-19 Update

We are taking all CDC recommended sterilization and disinfection precautions. All patients must wear masks at all times while in our office. If you do not have a face mask, we will be happy to provide one. All staff members wear masks at all times in the office. Our optical dispensary is open and fully staffed with the same precautions being adhered to.

Seasonal Allergies

Ocular allergies tend to be worse in the spring and fall in Georgia, but can linger into the summer and winter months. If you’re experiencing red, watery or itchy eyes, call to make an appointment to see one of our doctors to find the best treatment option for you even if you are not due for your annual eye exam.
