When you visit our Office, remember to bring:
- Completed New Patient Form
- Sunglasses (if you have them)
- Insurance cards
- Driver (if you are not used to having pupils dilated)
- Old glasses
- If contact lens wearer, current lens prescription/box for each eye
Driving Directions:
From I-85 heading North:
Take 85 North. Take exit 86 to merge onto Buford Hwy/GA-13 N. Turn left at Sidney Marcus Blvd. Ross
Eyecare Group will be approximately 3/4 mile down on the right.
From I-85 heading South:
Take 85 South. Take exit 88 toward Cheshire Bridge Rd/Lenox Rd/GA-400N. Turn right at Lenox Rd. Turn left at Buford Hwy. Turn right on Sidney Marcus Blvd. Ross Eyecare Group will be approximately 3/4 mile down on the right.
From GA 400 heading South:
Take 400 South. Take exit 1 for Sidney Marcus Blvd. Turn right at Sidney Marcus Blvd. Ross Eyecare Group will be approximately 1/4 mile down on the right.
